Nice bait. I almost typed out a really long response to this.
I liked his interactions with pic related.
The show would have been more popular if they went down this route a little more.
Also if it were good.
I think I got it from Danbooru, a month ago. Are you checking in on the /vg/ thread?
Once in a while.
I was looking for new ones to translate, but I guess I wasn't checking as often as I should have.
I can see it.
Not even best couple in their own show.
Couple with a third wheel but still the best from last year.
Rin is so best it hurts. I'm not even into idolshit but Rin is just too damn good that I ended up watching the anime for her.
It's so-so. The side cast (practically everyone aside from the new generations) is too quirky for their own good. The producer was meh even after his backstory got revealed, and it ended on an unsatisfactory note.
There are few new Agetake strips, were they translated? I never go to /@/.
You're not the only one.
That's all I saved. They are not in Danbooru either. Someone translate please?
The only good thing from 2nd Season was Dookie's arc and S(mile)ING!
Nice. From /@/?
A few new ones got translated recently.
This was the best couple of 2015.
Unable to confess, she is gifted with by a deus ex machina with the producer's phone number. Never minding the strange area code, she immediately calls him, and is overjoyed to find out that he has a crush on her as well.
But, the next day, when she recounts the previous day's confessions to the producer, he only looks at him with a perplexed expression. After some investigation, she finds out that the producer she called is not the same man she fell in love with. In fact, he doesn't exist in this universe at all. He is the producer's alternate universe counterpart, who has fallen in love with the MC's own AU self, who too is blissfully unaware of his crush.
Hijinks ensue as the two strike up a deal to give each other their darkest, most private secrets in order to equip the other with the weapons they need to conquer the heart of their other selves. While the two chase their respective loved ones, DRAMA ensues as they begin to fall in love with each other instead and question the NATURE of EGAO.
Alright you win.
She's too cute to ignore.
What am I in for? This isn't a slippery slope is it?
They aren't even the best couple from their show.
Better versions of this exists you know.
/@/ made an easy to access compilation for EOPs to get translated CG material.
We needed more Onee-san Dooky in the anime.
Never has my heartboner throbbed so hard when I watched this scene.
>The only good thing from 2nd Season was Dookie's arc and S(mile)ING!
They certainly were the highlights, but it's a little unfair to say that they were the ONLY good things.
Pic related comes to mind.
Pic related best episode.
Also rock band
>The only good thing from 2nd Season was Dookie's arc and S(mile)ING!
But those were both terrible.
>same "X has stopped coming to work" problem AGAIN
>somewhat out of character Dookie
>"watashi tachi kaeru."
And I remember some newfag nips not knowing what was going on when Dookie started singing a solo song that had no previous introduction. It would have at least been helped if Rin and Mio joined her on stage to sing or something.
She's just trying to separate them so she can monopolize Uzuki
No, that's an edit and a different girl does it. What you said about Miki does happen twice, though for the 2nd time it happened people rooted due to the underdog thing the series is comfy despite the annoying drama, so it's okay if you want a slow idol SoL
And unironically, yes, the nameless producer is best girl
The 2nd time is actually built up properly. The happy go lucky sweet girl at the start slowly cracks and her psyche degrades as the story progresses up until the point where she has to take a break.
Also, she filed a formal leave of absence. Unlike Miki who just essentially ragequitted.
There are a few VA from Million Live that is younger than him.
Also, yes. If you look at the live events for CG in which he is present in, the VAs do tease him a bit. It doesn't help that he's actually a pretty good-looking guy.
I know TakeP is best girl but what was the studio's logic into making him the character he is? Feels like it would have been kind of a risk compared to the first series relatively generic Producer
move over Rin
superior cool has arrived
>Gendo Ikari Tier
>Happily Ever After Tier
>My older sister can't possibly spill that much spaghetti tier Tier
>My little daughter cant be this thirsty End
I wish there was more P-chan/Kirari stuff.
And I wish someone would draw what their giant children would look like.
How about I come over there and slap you some?
You're not gonna get me posting that, because I must go now.
all it needs now is something like this
Chameleon seems to have a headcanon for the two of them, one that might actually be plausible.
>Moeducer was a fresh, no-name pleb
>Kaede was doing alright
>She experiences a meteoric rise to fame under Moeducer, and grows very close to him
>They had to be separated because business
>Their past is kept a secret to everyone else, and Kaede teasing him about it is her only joy
Fuck off Produshit shipperfags, UzuRin is the best OTP!
>you will never rest your head on Fumi's chest while she reads to you
Mika was also heavily implied to have had a similar relationship. The thing I really hated about the CG anime is that with all the hints and teases they dropped, not once was the Producer's past explored.
Who know's? Maybe a movie or an OVA will take care of that. Someday.
I think that maybe leaving it vague is probably for the best, considering how the anime usually goes, whatever they probably will never live up to the ideas we got from all the hints and teases they dropped.
Plus, maybe the anime really shouldn't focus too much in the producer, even if sometimes I feel he is the character that stands out the most in the anime.
>a garbage pairing
They had good chemistry in the first episode.
Too bad that never happened again.
But I agree, unlike other couples (a couple of which were born from the anime, others never even touched on in it) UzuRin has very little going for it in terms of evidence.
Doesn't prevent it from being cute, though.
>Being butthurt about yuri
Hate to burst your bubble but without yuri, we wouldn't know about IdolMaster.
That is true. Sad that much potential for backstory was wasted on poor management. Maybe his past can be tied in a way that would propel the girls to greater success, but it's a shame.
Wasn't there supposed to be a special episode released with the BD coming up soon?
I think the best way they could have done it was by maybe having the girls meet the past girls who were under the producer and have them just talk. That way we can talk about the producer's past without making it strictly about him.
Still, I think that making Maya or/and Kaede the past girls would have been a smart decision, and I feel it's was a missed opportunity.
Think he meant Mika.
That's a good solution. Just a relatively chill episode where the senpai CG meets with the kouhai CG. Then Moeducer shows up at the end not knowing what went down, and cue cliched ending of your choice.
Really? Rin and Producer are friends in the anime.
But after seeing Producer spend most of the first episode stalking Rin and people saw how cute they looked. And adding some concepts from the games.... Bam, you have stalker Rin
This went in a direction I wasn't sure I wanted for a while
That shit is out of date. There are far more stuff in the link provided in the pastebin.
Also why bother for an imgur to load everything when you could just download the bulk package in one go in the link provided.
Come on, it's still in the anime and Mayu's still kept her yandere tendencies intact. Besides, if Mayu is part of CP, how would she react about the possible breakup of NG?
Play 3:19 of:
When reading the last panel for maximum effect.
I don't know about that. Since the game, Anya was always more of a daughter than waifu to Producer.
We barely see them interact in the anime though, she's too busy looking at Minami's closet.
>Since the game, Anya was always more of a daughter than waifu to Producer.
I meant it mostly as a joke, because hell, those comics are fanon, but in the game, Producer is you, it's the other way around, Anya doesn't see the ingame Producer as someone she's in love with, much rather someone she's grateful to.
This is a page from the official im@s CG manga that was just released.
Look at the bottom most panel. Do remember that this was set during episode one and he was still keeping a distance from the idols.
He was Dookysexual from the very beginning.
A director interview revealed that in terms of fairy tale thematics, other than being the Chariot of Cinderella, the other shoe he fits is being the Beast from Beauty and the Beast.
Kind of fitting because when Mio and Rin outright gave up on him and the rest of the project were having doubts on whether they can trust being managed by him, the only one who still earnestly looked forward to being with him was Uzuki. It was actually thanks to visiting Uzuki that time that he got his balls restored and found the strength to fix everything.
In fact this very scene was alluded back to during episode 24 when he and a depressed Uzuki were having that talk back stage. Producer refused to give up on Uzuki because he knows that power behind that EGAO as he felt it firsthand when it was he who was depressed.
>One of her primary shticks is being P-sexual
>Barely acted P-sexual in the anime.
I'm still mad.
It's easy in the games where you are the Producer.
But the Producer in the anime is an actual character
Seriously, what last year were you in?
UzuRin is a one true pairing in the anime and manga.
Young ones have forgotten the freewheeling days of 2011 when these threads were HaruChiha threads.
They need to be reminded.
Uzuki is Cinderella and Rin is her Prince.
Producer is egaosexual.
