There's been three references to Demonbane killing Azathoth before, both are in OP's pastebin. One was the plan for Demonbane 2 (Project D2), one was from DYN Freaks (it's the entire plot), and the third is OP. All three are referring to the same event, just elaborated differently.

Either way, all of it's canon to Demonbane. There isn't any "main" Demonbane verse, all of it's a huge multiversal mess with characters from a dozen different worlds. If you're talking about the worlds in the routes in the games, well, those are gone thanks to Vortex Blaster.

The problem with this argument that the most explanation that we've got out of ONE is the limiter remover. There's so little we really know about him and the extent of his powers. Does he have some sort of Demonbane type presence. His characterization is "lazy" so even if he did he would be to apathetic to actually use all the time/space/reality powers.
At this point I'm kinda speculating desu so whatever.
