If she was summoned in the Saber class still, the only additional equipment she'd really receive is Avalon, and possibly her shield Prydwen.
Maybe also the ability to call one of her warhorses (Hengroen or Llamrei), as she'd retain her Riding skill.
Perhaps she would receive her dagger Carnwennan if summoned in Britain or by an amazing master, but that's probably not a huge gain. Also Caliburn, but Excalibur is still better.

It would open up options for Lancer Artoria (Rhongomynaid) and Rider Artoria (two warhorses and a boat), however.

I'm saying that people always bullshit "Heroic Spirit Arthur". Saying "If she would be summoned normally she'd have so much more stuff, all of her stuff". Yeah that's never been how it's worked, especially for Saber or Lancer class servants. You're lucky if you get more than one NP in that class. Even Prototype shows that Arthur is basically balanced with a proper summoning of herself even with her current gear. Heroic Spirit King Arthur isn't some mystical thing along with Serious Gilgamesh where she's untouchable because she has all of her stuff. It's just an idea people have because they want her to have Avalon naturally, when even that's doubtful.
