People seriously don't get the power gap between Tsukihime and Fate.

Servants are pinatas made to be sacrifices for the ritual, the fact thtat some of them manage to put up a decent fight is entirerly due to them being the sorts of people who excel in harsh conditions.

Meanwhile the inhuman things Shiki fights don't have something as convenient as an ability to die. Most of them are simply completely immortal which makes them underestimate him until it's too late.

That is the reason why he can't beat bad Servants like Assasin but would wreck the likes of Gilgamesh and Berserker.

However, Shirou could definitely just make another. He does not make the real existence in the first place, and so Shiki cannot kill the real existence. He is a factory that produces imitations, and he makes them as fast as he can think of them.
