I say one of these about every 3-5 minutes, sometimes I'll repeat one 2-3 times in a row or string a few together to create a combination. If I was your room mate how would you feel about this? Have you ever had a room mate that did something similar? Do you yourself do something similar? Also I can't stop it my average happiness level is 7 when I can do this regularly and it easily drops to a 4 when I'm in a public place browsing the internet and can't adequately express myself out loud. Strength has more to do with how adapted your CNS is to the movement than the actual size of your muscles. That is why anybody worth their weight in salt will recommend a beginner a program like SS or Stronglifts than a bodybuilding program.

I weight 164 up from about 130 a year ago. In order to put on weight you need to consistently eat at or above your caloric maintenance while doing resistance training with things like barbells, dumbbells, and machines.

If you're too lazy to figure that out just continue to eat your 2 big meals a day however add two smaller ones of about 500 calories each and drink a big glass of milk with each of the meals now being 3-4 meals a day. Just do that and lift hard with an ABxABxx or an AxBxCxx.

I've been thinking about getting a membership for a swimming pool and just swimming laps 3-4 times a week because I need muh cardio. However I've been told it can royally fuck your skin up. What's with that?
