I remember following a guide and it was pretty much always choose the one character. You might need to go to school a couple times.

Arisato or Sakama was the most fucked up for me. Arisato because of all the fucked up shit you did to him. Sakama because I genuinely liked him.

I just finished watching Arisato's route on YouTube (too lazy to get through the start of the game to begin a new route). It's pretty fucked up. It's obviously not going to end well for him.

Came like 4 times today to that route alone though, it was incredible.

My tip for routes is don't play Arisato's.
He's by far the worst character and I'm including Tomoaki in that. Save his route til last so he's not as awful when he makes appearances in other routes. Infact save his evil route til after the kind one so you actually feel good about brutally raping him.

I played it, its not insanely bad, but it does get a bit squicky. There's some bestiality, making a dude eat some semen-covered noodles in front of others, rape, mindbreak, some pain stuff, etc.

Arisato's route was great.

Raping him while dangling him out of a second story window and choking him out was hot as fuck. As was nearly choking him to death at the end while fucking him in the ass, only to have him brought back just to jump right back into it, taunting him by telling him you're going to break his arms and legs because he's just a fucktoy now and him begging you to do it because he's so turned on by it due to how heavily you've fucked his mind.

There were a couple of other good scenes too but I don't really remember them now. Shame the story takes so long to pick up.

Yeah I liked those bits but only for the porn and not for Arisato's character. I did however take a liking to every other character in story segments and this made the sex scenes all the better.
Everytime Arisato appearred I wanted to bash his head in because of how annoying he is.
Tbh he was the only reason I picked up the game because I saw one of his scenes and loved it. Just compared to the other guys (specifically Todou and Sakuma) he's not endearing and is just a attention seeking Onahole.

Anything in this game that rivals how fucked up some of DMMD's endings are? I doubt anything can top Clear/Noiz/Twins bad route

It's more fucked up in the sense that they're not completely unrealistic. Dmmd is fucked up but it's Sci-Fi fucked up. It's like comparing the fucked up shit in Event Horizon to the fucked up shit in Saw. They're both completely unrealistic but their execution and reasoning are totally different leading to a different feel.
