Nah, just lazy uploaders and probably upload limit. I took all these from previous 4chan threads and the zip file links on them. When a new batch of rewards come out, I generally pay more attention to the mazjojo thread trying to get to the download link before they get taken down.

He was asked in the previous thread multiple times and simply gave the name of the tools used within After Effects.
Look up Puppet, Motion Blur, and Parenting.
For Photoshop: "Importing from Photoshop to After Effects" and Masking.
That is the only broad advice available.
