They are using a lot of "trigger phrases" and "trigger tones" in the audio. They are designed to shut down logical thought and elicit an emotional response (which I assume is "Moto good, buy now"). If you are aware of this (even subconsciously) it makes you "uneasy" as you resit the effect.
