Hypocrisy is derived from the Greek word hypokrisis, which meant playing a part on the stage, or putting on a mask to misrepresent reality. In the ancient Greek theater, actors were known as hypocrites, without any negative connotation. In the real world however, being a hypocrite, willfully and knowingly pretending to be something while actually being something else, was and is definitely viewed as wrong. In matters of religion, wit's downright evil.

Jesus Christ did not mince words when it came to religious hypocrisy. That, more than anything else, is what got Him killed. His death was a staged assassination by a few religious hypocrites who The Lord was very effectively exposing to the people under their authority.

The seven woes of hypocrisy are:

They taught about God but did not love God — they did not enter the kingdom of heaven themselves, nor did they let others enter.(Matt 23:14)

They preached God but converted people to dead religion, thus making those converts twice as much sons of hell as they themselves were. (Matt 23:15)

They taught that an oath sworn by the temple or altar was not binding, but that if sworn by the gold ornamentation of the temple, or by a sacrificial gift on the altar, it was binding. The gold and gifts, however, were not sacred in themselves as the temple and altar were, but derived a measure of lesser sacredness by being connected to the temple or altar. Actions speak louder than words, and those actions produce positive fruits in the lives of God's children.

Jesus said:

"Beware of false prophets. They come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravenous wolves. By their fruit you will recognize them. Are grapes gathered from thornbushes, or figs from thistles? Likewise, every good tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree bears bad fruit. A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, and a bad tree cannot bear good fruit. Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. So then, by their fruit you will recognize them.

Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only he who does the will of My Father in heaven. Many will say to Me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in Your name, and in Your name drive out demons and perform many miracles?’ Then I will tell them plainly, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you workers of lawlessness.’"

So look to the condition of someone's LIFE before you trust them. If they are prosperous and God is blessing them, their life will bear fruit of the Holy Spirit (peace, patience, kindness, love, honesty, trustworthiness, longsuffering). If their life is a twisted, gnarled mess, chances are they are bullshitters.

Very simple.

Know the difference.

Because if you seek to harm a true child of Jesus, you do so at your own peril, and if you listen to someone claiming to be a child of Jesus who is not, you only end up harming yourself, and becoming twisted and evil like them.

Greater demons can cast out lesser demons, and predict the future of those who are controlled by darkness, yes, but their powers are completely subordinate to Christian powers. They cannot affect the lives of Christians in any way whatsoever.

No, I'm saying that Jesus died to forgive the sins of those who honestly repent, not just those who say "Lord Lord" and have not accepted Him as Saviour, but instead treat Him like fire insurance. God knows the sincere believer from the ones just running their mouths, and we will know them from the fruits of their lives. A bad tree can't produce good fruit.

Being christian definetly doesnt not mean your good. Look at the vatican and their secret orders given to be carried out against people without their knowledge. Look at the crusades those christians killed more people than cancer. Wake up and dont accept someone because they belong to a group, judge them by their actions.
