You are your higher consciousness of all of your cells for example. Imagine now seeing everything by the perspective of every single cell in your body. Higher consciousness of humans is like the sum of every humans experience in the world in a single period of time, where you move your hand and to touch a forest and a lot of humans suddenly want to live there. Just a stupid example.

Same way you divide yourself through time to not experience everything all at once.

I think when such a being would "touch" a forest, he would feel a composite of every physical sensation experienced by a human within that forest over a period of time(microseconds to hours), and that composite sensation would be experienced "instantly," with regard to whatever notion of time governed this extended universe in which this higher being itself would occupy.

All that exists, throughout all time and beyond, is one infinite divine Consciousness, free and blissful, which projects within the field of its awareness a vast multiplicity of apparently differentiated subjects and objects: each object an actualization of a timeless potentiality inherent in the Light of Consciousness, and each subject the same plus a contracted locus of self-awareness. This experiential gnosis is repeated and reinforced through various means until it becomes the nonconceptual ground of every moment of experience, and one’s contracted sense of self and separation from the Whole is finally annihilated in the incandescent radiance of the complete expansion into perfect wholeness. Then one’s perception fully encompasses the reality of a universe dancing ecstatically in the animation of its completely perfect divinity.
