So how far can Chaos Magic get you? If it can get a man in the white house can it get me a home on Mars?

It can get you whatever you want depending on how powerful you are. (You)might get an extra tendie after some practice.

That Jack Parson's Biography was actually a fun and interesting read.

The other one is Strange Angel.
Gonna be a TV show directed by Ridley Scott.

you can hope with virtual waifus in an inmersive neural VR enviroment, not sinchronized with real time.

Yeah, I could go for some of that.

Basically a key plot point in the Tron movie sequal. For the son, Sam Flynn, it was something like 10-15 years since he last saw his father. For the father, Kevin Flynn, it was something like 1000-10,000 years (if I remember correctly) since he last saw his son and the planet Earth.
Of course, from a scientific point of view- this begs the question; with the 1200-1500cc of meat in the human skull, how can you store, have access and utilize 1000-10000 years of information; even the limited amount of information available to a human's 5 senses, let alone the information available to a single AI, which is presumably orders of magnitude more than a persons? Iassic Asimov, in the foundation series pointed out the issue of this by having his android building an entire moon specifically to house and maintain all this information.
>>19544582
Of course, the question then becomes- how does this relate to quantum computers, which are, according to the articles I've read and videos I've seen, are, or have the potential to, scale logarithmically- with projections that the processing power of A SINGLE CHIP will, within 3-4 generations of matching human intelligence, exceed the processing power of every single human being, living and deceased, and non-quantum conventional microchip combined.
This literally means that humanity, or more specifically, the human condition as it currently exists, and AI will have the computational power to simulate not just reality, but every conceivable iteration of reality extending; ie multiverse theory- except instead of being independent realities that we simply visit through wormholes, like in Rick and Morty, they would be the exact same version of those realities with the only fundamental difference being that we could edit and change, absolutely any and every aspect of them, at a whim, since they would essentially be super advanced video games that far surpass the threshold of the uncanny valley.
Essentially, given enough processing speed and memory, any AI, or "upgraded" human would, for lack of a better metaphor, be the demiurge/god of their own version of any/every possible universe that they could conceive of.
Essentially every human being would become "Q", for all intents and purposes, in their own personal holodeck; with the only question being who has administrative control, and to what degree, over any given "holodeck" reality/multiverse which has multiple users in it.

Strange Angel is fascinating.
Fun fact: I grew up in Pasadena - plenty of spoops and weird happenings in those parts.

Chaos magic is only limited to the criteria you thrust upon it that you set.
Naturally it is limitless, but as a physical being with limited perception you can only experience and channel only so much chaos magic that the central nervous system can handle.
>>19544754
This is a good point.
It's... painful to channel too much magick.
You really want to know how far Chaos Magic can get you?
I created the alt-right movement. I got trump to become president. I even have it all archived. That's how powerful it is. I can show you ever step of the way.
>>19544767
And you can only channel so much at a certain time, magic channeling is achieved at certain peaks of the natural day cycle, not at all times, there are periods where the physical body must rest lest you become overwhelmed or essentially useless due to exhaustion.

Go on tardo, you know every little tard thinks they had a hand in that, if you dress like a normy, if you have short hair, if you don't REP YOUR HOOD.
You're just another cog.
He is the God Emperor's assistant, if you DID have a hand in it, it's because, I, Grand Warp God. War God, ruler of eternity Khorne Satan let you.

Given the ability to create an entire planet in a computer, the question then becomes- who are the "people" on that video game planet really?
At what point do they move from being simulations of people to actual people, (sans an independent body in our reality)?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tSnyg8bqdvM
(Given identical sensory input robot Morty; or Rick in the simulation episode, for that matter, is incapable of determining what is real and what is simulated).
Essentially, what makes a person a person and what separates them and makes them an individual, aside from perspective created by having a mind isolated by the limitation imposed physical matter limiting the rate at which information can be shared?
If we did a full body scan, down to the quantum level, of a human being; and created an exact replica of you inside of a simulated computer reality, what would be the difference between you and the simulated you?
Essentially, according to materialists, if we create an exact replica of your brain, which is your minds "computer" and placed it a given test scenario within a computer- then the outcome should be 100% predictable and repeatable. As a computer and program within a computer and program; all variables are known, controlled and accounted for. Whether its two copies, or two billion- the quantity is irrelevant, the same equations will be run with the exact same values for every single variable. Thus, the exact same result should occur every single time.
If we do not, if one, or more of the copies, make different decisions; if the same copies make different decisions given identical scenarios- we are lead to the inexorable conclusion......
>That somehow chaos magic has magically infiltrated the system to create different results completely magically.

It absolutely is, peasant.
