Exploring an ancient wood a few miles from my house last night with a friend. Found a gorge with high sandstone walls, in the entrance to a natural cave we found this "abandoned" structure. Uneasy feeling of being watched the entire time, heard more than usual amount of noise from the forest.

You call it an ancient wood to make it sound cool when in reality it's the local forest where homeless junkies hang out. Go die in a hole.

No I call it an ancient forest to differentiate from a planted one. In this area most of the woods are man made pine plantations. It's also too out the way for junkies, never came in contact with anyone here who was not a dog walker who drove out here.
