What does this sigil mean? I found it with a bunch of roses randomly

I'm pretty sure it's goetic but I couldn't find a solid list and also the weird inscriptions in the side throw it off.

The middle one looks a bit like Belial, but not very closely. Bottom one looks like it includes the symbol for Saturn.

The writing around the circle seems to be all over the place, I can't pin down any one system. But that could just be the seal they're working from. I'm still new to this shit.

Never mind, did a reverse image search. Seems to be a separate version than the one in the Goetia. Yeah, Astaroth, I guess.

The writing is still baffling though, I wish I knew the purposes behind why people chose what they did for these things.

I'm pretty sure someone out there is pretty pissed off you stole their sigil assuming that paper was taken from the site.

In all seriousness though, it seems they were working a love rite of some sort given the roses. August is the proper time to be calling up Astaroth. It's a bit strange though since outside Astaroth's ruling planet, he's not inherently associated with love in Goetia.

What day did you find the sigil, and were the roses fresh?
