Is it wrong to make a tulpa suffer? We're all just basically tulpas made by God. Would we have to treat our own tulpas with respect? But then again is suffering actually wrong in the first place?

To create is not wrong. To create a world where suffering is undesirable and subject its inhabitants to that suffering is not wrong. To create a world or a from of consciousness is also to create the moral fabric for said world or consciousness.
But be careful! Your creations may become like you and create forms of consciousness and worlds with their own moral fabric. They may like their creations better than yours and attempt to escape.
if you bring it into this world
it's your responsibility to TAKE IT OUT

'pain is inevitable, suffering is optional'
but if we are talking gods purposely inflicting pain on their creations I would say that suffering is pretty damn hard to avoid and if one does manage to avoid that form of suffering they have become a god them self.
