Legit the fastest thing to do is a good weightlifting program. Weighted resistance will give you more muscle growth and help bone density.
Most workout sites can explain macros. Chicken breasts, broccoli, and rice or sweet potatoes. Done.
Going outside? Join a local sports league. Gets you outside and builds your social circle. Also rounds out your physical training with applied strength.
For meditation "Zen Mind, Beginners Mind" is a decent start. Get your thoughts under control before you get fancy.
