Lets assume you somehow got your wish, you realize the implications right? I don't think in the slightest it would go the way as planned. The way -our- humanity works and the humanity in the games/anime is vastly different. Weaponized Pokeman and War is the least of our worries when the world governments are trying to get their hands on what are basically demi-gods.

That said, this wish would be grant-able, although not in the way you envision it. Years down the line, we're not too far off from a fully immersive VR sort of Pokemon game. It would also be MUCH safer. Just a thought to keep in mind. Wishes are so easily corrupt, words are easy to twist.
