so something weird happened to me just now, i'm sure im not dreaming. I got no better picture since i wanted to post this quickly cause im starting to forget it.

>there's person standing in front of me
>i dont know who he is, but i didnt run or feel afraid
>all i can remember that he and covered in white
>he offered me something in a small pouch
>cant remember what it was, did i accept or not
>cant remember when did he went away
>sat on the sofa, thinking about it but can seem to remember most of it

i know what sleep paralysis like. this one felt more real. I remember that i sat there with the person, maybe chat a little? im not sure. i dont feel anything like paralysis instead it just normal meeting with an unknown person.the problem is i cant remember when he leaves or who he is. i havent fallen slept back until now. still googling but cant find anything.

sounds like a false awakening. Basically sleep/paralysis mixed with lucid dreaming. You think you woke up but you didn't.
