Yeah probably. People didn't start wearing clothes for fashion, they did it because they needed to protect their bodies from the elements. Over generations it became gradually more and more a social thing to wear clothes. It's a reasonable assumption to assume aliens would also need to wear clothes, unless they were robots or made out of rocks or something.

I mean, a robot might not need actual clothing but I'd think it would at least have something like a utility belt, or have some signs of internal compartments for holding objects.
