I once heard a woman scream at the top of her lungs repeatedly at 4AM at my seaside house in the middle of nowhere. Was fucking terrified, even got a vid recording the sound in case people wouldn't believe me.

It stopped after an hour or so, it was extremely close to my house, just behind a wall. I went to look next morning !was too terrified the previous night) and found nothing.

My father said it was probably a goat. I looked up videos of goats screaming and some of them made a similar sound. Fucking underwhelming.
