Look's like you have a classic spook problem or at worse an infestation. Call the police and purchase a firearm, never relax when the trail cam shows it around.

They usually come around because they sense a free item or a chance to get away with stealing something. So best thing is to set up a moon cricket trap. A cage, chain and possibly a rope should do the trick and a slice of high fat caloric high in sodium food item (preferably deep fried). You have to stop the infestation at the source much like fruit flies. I would set up more trail cam and motion sensor light too if I was you just in case the rest of their herd come creeping around your land. God speed my friend!

Hey OP if you can get video.
I'm not need you to do a few things. I think you have an unknown home squatter. Possibly multiple. Anyway, this isn't paranormal but I've dealt with this before.

1. Get a couple of friends ( if you have none get family)
2.Inspect your garage, basement, attic, and surrounding area of your property
3.look for signs of someone living

Don't get spooped on the noises. What kind of noises are they. What new smells are around your house that normally don't occupy the area (for me, neither me or roommate ate hotpockets, so when we started smelling them we wtf'd). Looks for wrappers/trash/etc

Ask your neighbors too. The pic looks like they're fully aware you set up a cam.

4.if you see their shit immediately call the cops and let them handle it, unless stand your ground and castle doctrine are a thing in your state
5.if they haven't yet, do not let them get inside the house.

I don't think it's someone running. The posture is wrong for a start and the fact that it's basically only one leg and a torso that's clearly defined makes no sense even if it was someone in motion.

I could understand if the camera had a slow shutter speed but why would you set the camera to that? Also why is it so white in colour was the person wearing white, light reflective clothing whilst supposedly going to hide in someone else's garage? What's the blob directly behind it?

The truck's lights are on, which implies the truck is running or someone has their foot on the brake; it wasn't in reverse though. Who was in the truck, xor, why was the truck running at the time? Why did you not just upload the file from the trail cam? If it was a video, why not screenshot it instead? It would be of better quality. Since you took a picture of the screen, why is it VGA quality (640x480)? That's approximately 1.3MP camera. Are you using an 18 year old digital camera?
