Have a close friend/family member hide an item behind their back/in a box w/out them telling you.

Sit down with them w/a pen and paper.

Try to extrapolate information about the object by trying to draw it/describe it

If you do it too much it becomes intrusive. Please be weary. Intrusive thoughts that start to trip you out. Like a bleeding affect on your mind.

I tried and I didn't get accurate results. And by tried I mean tried for a year consistently, possibly more.

I'm still hoping I did something wrong and it's still positive, but I think I put too much faith in CIA's documents when it was proven that they were using techniques that gave hints to their subjects and the results couldn't be replicated without the hints.

Please feel free to prove me wrong though, it's an interesting subject.
