The image is a double image of saturn, the satellite likely imaged an area of sky where saturn was, then by the time it got to the next area saturn had moved. However what we should really pay attention to is not that it's a pepe face, but that Saturn = Satan and Satan is literally referred to as being the red dragon in revelation.
