What do you think, ever heard of anything like this

I had a friend whose mom acted and thought in a way very similar to how that anon was explicating.
She would only eat bananas because she thought those were the only foods that were safe from sabotage. She would make him skip school when she was afraid of leaving the house. She thought their house was bugged and would complain about noises that no one else could hear.
It's unfortunate how crazy people don't understand how crazy they are. Eventually he was taken from her and she went to therapy. After 10 years she came out more or less sane, stopped taking her meds after a year or so and threw herself in front of a train.

what kind of train was it

it was big enough to throw yourself in front of it.
Sounds like he's fucking insane, not much else to it.
Sounds like schizophrenia

I work in the mental health field with individuals who suffer from severe, persistent mental illness. What anon is describing is textbook paranoid psychosis - either bipolar with psychotic features or schizophrenia. The delusions he describes are classic - I hear similar ones from clients I have.
His parents are doing nothing to him. It's all in his head. If they really are trying to get him into a psych ward, it's for his own good.
