So I have fallen asleep In a weird position in the middle of the day. After a few minutes I began to realise that I was in a dream but the odd thing was that I could walk through the house an see what my family was doing. Now the observations:
1.When I looked at my right hand to count my fingers the hand kept disappearing. When I tried to look at my left hand I couldnt because my left eye couldnt open by itself and I couldnt make my head go 90 degrees because it felt ''stuck''or paralyzed.
2.After I tried to get out of my body(barely). It kept returning me to the starting position.I tried running to the kitchen but I kept fucking returning. After several attempts I tried imagining that I was in the kitchen or a bottle of water(I was thirsty).
3.The world wasnt generated properly,I mean:I had no door,my family was there but only their aura(idk how to explain)and I was stiff as fuck like paralyzed stiff.
Now several questions:1.What did I experience?
2.Should I put an alarm next time or the thing completes itself after several hours(a sleep cycle)?
3.Next time should I wait more for the separation or try my best to get out of my body?
Btw Im not a native speaker so expect some mistakes.

Strange. This happens to me as well. Usually only if i'm very sleep deprived and take a nap during the day or if I'm hungover or something.

It follows the same process everytime but my last one was the most vivid/scary.

>Fall asleep
>Suddenly become aware of a buzzing/falling sensation
>Become aware of my body, can see room but it's usually in greyscale and things are always missing/out of place that I don't really notice at the time
>Usually can't move, or if i can it's just my fingers and toes.
>If I can move it's like I have weight on me, like sandbags tied to me
(This is where this experience differed)
>Realize that I am in SP/lucid dreaming/whatever it is
>I just try and ride it out now so I usually just try and do cool stuff. This is hard because there's usually a very dark tone to everything. It feels very foreboding like there's a sense of urgency to get out.
>Start looking at my sheets because it's so hard to move. At first there's designs similar to polynesian tattoos that are moving all over the place ( I had watched Moana for the first time a few weeks back). Then the shapes transform into arrows and start to go up and down as I breathe. When I breath in it feels like I go up and down with the breath.
>Kind of freaks me out. I want to get up now.
>Try like crazy to get out of bed, everything is still grey. I have to jerk my body to make any movements possible.
>Finally move torso but end up falling out of bed and landing on end table next to me. I break a glass and I'm worried I might fall in it and cut myself. Have to crawl.
>Suddenly back in bed, could have sworn that I had moved. Suddenly I become aware that I'm seeing even though my eyes are closed.

part 2
>start to freak out because my senses are so confused
>I can't really anything, but there's depth and countour to the blackness/greyness
>suddenly I become aware of the room again. I try my hardest to get out of bed. Actually get on my feet this time.
>Try and do something cool because I think I'm dreaming again
>Try and fly, get off the ground a little bit but immediately forced back down
>I really want to wake up now.
>I remember that before I took the nap that my girlfriend was on the coach. Wonder If i can get her to wake me up. This made sense at the time. Often times illogical schemes and misplaced objects seem correct in this state. It's weird.
>I run really poorly and with bad form out of the bedroom and into the kitchen/living room.
>All the windows are closed but there is a cool breeze
>There are sticky notes and tibetan prayer flags all over the walls flowing in the wind.
>GF is laying on the couch. She tells me I look nice.
>Suddenly ACTUALLY awake in bed. Heart racing and scared.

This has happened to me maybe a dozen times and they all have that buzzing/falling sensation and returning back to the same spot. Shit scares me.

I dunno what it is man, but having experiences like this really makes me question my reality. I know it sounds crazy but I've had the ability to perceive while my body is totally asleep. Makes me wonder about what we are and where we are.

Best of luck. I don't take naps during the day anymore because of this.

Almost everything there but after many attempts it becomes easier to move but I keep falling out of bed until Im able to stay on my own and I still couldnt ''materialize''anything. To me everything is in a bright shade of white
>>

yea i think it varies person to person. I used to just think it was some sort of neurlogical activity manifesting itself as these conscious experiences but I dunno. It feels like a different world. I never go to foreign places during sleep paralysis. It's the same place I was asleep, but there's just different layers, if that makes sense.

I think after getting use to it after repeated experiences you can achieve ''godhood''in the dream world.
>>
>>19408414
what do you mean by that?
>>
>>19408416
I mean materializing things out of nothing and teleportation. Is the world inside your head after all(if you refer to lucid dreaming)

How can I get sleep paralysis? Drugs?
