nasa says it could be anywhere from 12 to 40 meters could come as close as 4,500 miles from Earth or as far as 120,000 miles from Earth... BUT they "guarantee" that it won't hit earth. It was only discovered in 2012 (hence the name) and they guesstimate it's size and flight path based on its brightness then.
nasa does not know it's exact flight path. 2012 TC4 is not close enough yet for them to predict it definitely yet.
