And I thought my dreams went sideways. Used to have terrible dreams where something demonic was after me but after a couple years they stopped. I don't subscribe to any faith, making them all the stranger, imo.

This is all extremely interesting, sounds like something out of a novel. A few (a lot) questions, if I may ask.

Is this all to the story?
Is there any more that would be of any type of significance?
Are those all the doors in the hallway?
Can you see the end of the hallway?
I know you posted a pic in the OP, but do you know if you can try to draw out your perception of "It" when you get the chance?
What do the Hall Monitors look like?
Are they also silhouettes?
Why do you think It doesn't want you to open the last door?
What do you think It's motive is?
What was your first reaction to this dream?

Sorry that was a lot more than I anticipated, though I'm a sucker for these types of stories, they always intrigue me.

If it doesn't want you to open the door, you should. If it wants to kill you if you open it, then maybe that room contains something detrimental to it's existence, maybe a secret to killing/getting rid of it? Or maybe a reason for why it's haunting you?
Also, the sleep paralysis thing is fairly normal, lots of people (usually with insomnia) get it. So whatever is happening is most likely still purely psychological, but that doesn't make it any less real.
Just a thought.

This is honestly good novel material or horror movie material

Different Doors that could mean some good shit. Honestly wished i thought about such thing before, i could've made some good tale with it.

But in the case this is some serious, legit talk, "It" could be the representation of Fear or second thoughts about past, present and future. Some kind of guilt or fear that prevents Anon to either change, revisit or understand the past. I like the Hall Monitors more, as i see some kind of representation of Anon's judgement of people that come and go in his life, as if both creatures are Two sides of his very on judgement. One with a Male point of View and one with a Female point of view, which i do think are very different. Not understanding the end of the sentences could be the representation that Anon doesn't quite understand the process of his judgement or can't quite keep them forever.

The last door, though, is interesting as well, as it could be the very fear of the unknown and the future. The Void could be the Death and IT's reaction could be of Anon's dormant fear of Death, as if IT knows Anon is not quite ready yet to grasp the concept, even if he doesn't acknowledge it.

Overall, that's some good shit right there.

my advice is that you try to confront the guy with the hat... when you see him, stop running and just turn around and look him in the eyes ... you will see he's actually a friendly character and dreaming will be easier from that moment on.

I had a similar dream but i was chased by a zombie wolf thingie, then one night i decided to stop running, we looked at eachother and i saw the wolf was actually really nice

I always had this recurring dream of me in a field running on all fours, my claws would dig and render on the ground in each step I take as I proper myself forward, I run very fast, its very liberating and waking up from this dream always makes me feel happy, even high.

I used to have this dream once a month, its 2 months now and it still hasnt come back to me, I also rarely feel rested after sleeping.
