Your sun and asc are both notoriously possessive signs so it's probably going to take a ton of work on your part. I'd suggest more open communication with them about why you're that way, see if it's rational to be that way, etc.

Lol, i dont know, our communication was bad, but at the same time we spend a lot of time just being together without "talking".
But she only told me important things when she was angry, like really angry and I knew how to press her buttons. Im really quiet so i never told anything. But i think we really loved each other. Our discussions always ended with kisses ,hugs and sex.

There's a fatal flaw in this thinking which leads people to obsession and prolonged heartache. According to your reading she has no future with him and decides to take charge of her own life anyways. Not quite sure why I'm justifying this to some random guy on the internet but here we go...

For me personally, when we lived together it was difficult to forget we weren't dating. Especially when we shared a bed together. It's difficult and I guess it's only human to give in.
He and I are both accountable for that. I love him, not only because he was an ex but because he has been the most inspirational force in my life. He constantly roots and supports me, not just has sex with me. He shows me so much compassion and love, the guy comes over to my place once a weekend and always tells me how worried he is about my mental state. In a lot of ways, I don't care for myself that much and I think he tries to compensate for the fact with his own compassion. That was one of the downfalls of our relationship. I feel it was entirely -me- because...I didn't give enough of a shit. I was depressed and I was in a cycle. I went to work, came home, and played video games. I'd call out a lot from work to play video games and I was never really responsible with my own finances. He, again, had to compensate for that. I don't blame him for not going back to me.

Project a sense of false confidence, be more than you actually are, or at least give off that vibe and it'll be surprising how many people will actually buy into it. Confidence and success is half skill and half showmanship, the skill part is really unimportant if the showmanship can take over for it and keep people from questioning it. It's like someone who introduces themselves as a magician at a party, people want to see a trick, truth be told he actually only has one in his repertoire, but it's a crowd pleaser and stops the questions. It's ironic since he actually only has one trick so it's hard to say he's actually a magician on that level, but it's enough to convince the people who witnessed it of his prowess and overall talent. A thin veneer is often enough to pull over other's eyes and prove a point, a lot of people won't follow up after a simple fake out, or sample presentation. Convince them once upfront or give that air of confidence and they'll buy in to it all, rarely to question again until the need arises or if they're familiar with the firt trick you perform.
