I used to believe in the Loch Ness monster. Then I heard about the first sighting. It was a man coming home from seeing King Kong when he saw the dinosaur thing cross the road. This exact scene was also in the movie, so I just thought he'd imagined it. Mystery solved.
But then I thought, what if he'd legitimately seen the monster, but then backed out and wanted to cover up the fact by implying he'd only hallucinated a scene in the film he just saw to discredit the report?

If the Loch Ness monster is made up, how the fuck do you explain all those 8 stories tall crustaceans from the paleozoic era asking for about three fiddy ?
Nessie isn't the first report of similar. It could be there are pleisiosaurs out there, perhaps climate change is warming the sea there (Loch Ness is joined to the sea) and driving them north.

this is incorrect there were sightings of Nessie since the middle ages.
