I honestly think government psyops or MK Ultra or Monarch stuff is literally the government throwing a box of literally any ideas they have to edge out an advantage in wartime or negotiatioons at all a wall and seeing what sticks.

Turns out they discovered the brain is more powerful than we give it credit for so they experented. Same with bodies and weapons.
