Your best bet is crystals. Lots of people will offer advice for this. Clear quartz for focus. Don't buy ridiculous jagged rock shit.
Little crystal necklace, boom, minor little bullshit charm for focus. It'll won't be really noticeable but actual enchanting is fake and gay.

If you want something with strength or endurance, gloves would be more appropriate than a hat. Sew a sigil or something on the back of them, perhaps the astrological signs of aries on one and taurus on the other.
