Last time, after only twenty minutes, I could barely straighten my feet out to stand up, and had to do it manually. Does anyone have suggestions? Wilson video, and he mentioned something that struck me...Crowley never spent a day in jail, and considering who he was and in the context of the times, that's rather shocking. I know OF what you're asking about, but not gory details.
I know lots OF about his life, teachings, and I own quiet a bit of his writing plus the recording but I don't consider myself a Thelemite.
He's just an interesting speed bump in the road that you have to slow down to drive over - so of course, highly noticeable.
I go back to him from time to time for light reading before bed.
Which is not to say I didn't learn a lot from him or that I disrespect him.

That symbol is for distance reiki, which is why it's connected to the akhashic record concept.
