Is consciously relaxing the back of my throat throughout the day the best way to get rid of the discomfort in my throat?

I'm really into pendulum work. It's simple and straightforward. I've tried it before, but couldn't really get the calibration right and gave up.. I didn't have a lot of free time back then so I might get back into it and try to make it work.

That's a good starting point but you will never find much balance there. Big nono if the chain has rough edges, the smother the surface the better.
A weight is alright but if you are serious about it, try and find a crystal one. Get a cheap one, just get a crystal.
The calibration is hard to explain really.
Just start with yes or no questions and ask stuff you know the answer to. Personal questions and so on. On and on and on untill u are tired. The more you use it the best the conection between you and the pendulum.
Though, in my case, theres something else beyond me and the pendulum.

Sure, I lost the ability to die, like I could litterly walk death off by coming back on one of those paths. I carried a meat cleaver that soaked up some of the weird mojo of those inbetween places and could no longer be broken or sharpened for that matter. I also died a lot, I was like a moth to a candles flame or bug zapper wherever I went, and when I had done enough whereever I wandered into I was eventually forced back on the path never to see anyone I had met or befriended in that world again.
