even if you dont gain weight if the tattoo is even just the size of your hand it can stretch with any change in muscle tone.

you should think about where you want it. if your a male a peck is a good spot for long term stability and a decent sized surface with little in the way of contours. also your back but thats a bit more feminine. shoulder is popular but it needs to be small
