"Aliens" are literally just a eugenically created subhuman offshot race developed so governments could test out experimental tech and medicines without leaving a paper/body trail of dead and maimed civilians.

They're abundance around the 1950/60s is because they were discovered to be particularly resistant to radiation and were used to test out early space program tech.

Look, I know the fact that people who aren't white being able to have societies different from yours yet still build things and have cultural highs and lows is mystifying to you, but aliens didn't build the pyramids or teach us how atomic power worked. The literally reason why people hold on to the whole pyramids thing comes from old archaeologist from the 1800s saying that filthy brown Arabs aren't smart enough to have built them because, if they did, there'd be pyramids everywhere; just like how Europe is covered in castles and forts.
