/x/ Won't this just encourage people to use Tor? And just avoid all the censorship and then the internet will be like it was when it was dial up 10 years ago. A wild west without google.

If there is no net neutrality, why would any ISP allow bandwidth for things like VPNs or TOR? What's to stop your ISP from simply going "If I can't track your traffic, that traffic is blocked."

Am I missing something? I saw nothing on Google that indicated you can use TOR without any ISP.
