Play mmos, or any other genre that can keep you busy collecting shit and wasting time. Neglect social life and save all the money you can.

This can give you another 5-10 years, and then you'll grow bored of them and be exactly where you are right now, also grow fat and fuck all your job opportunities, but that's where I am, I managed to survive another 12 years when I was in the bottom of the barrel like that, but at least I didn't die I guess.

In the time you manage to stay entertained they might discover something to fix your depression, don't take psychiatrist drugs, all they do is make you sleep.

All I can do is recommend is talking to someone who cares about you about this, and remind you that there's still tons of awesome stuff in the world to see and do, if you look for it.

can't you just pack some shit and travel down south and just do some kind of "work and travel" and see the awesome landscape and nice countries? maybe you get to know some nice people...
There's so much to see on this planet I wouldn't want to die before I didn't explore some of that. And hell I'm too curious what science will accomplish and the secrets of space that are going to be revealed... life is way too awesome to just give up.

Your future is what you make out of it. When you stay at home and wish to die then it's not going to be very pleasant.

Last idea for you: find a nice mexican drug gang and work for them. Either you accomplish something and have a nice life because of drug money and hoes or you just get killed and you don't care about that.
