All it really takes is an FOIA request if the documents are already past that date or met the requirements for declassification.

Sure, i would either sit or lay down in a comfortable position.
I would do a techique called the 21 breaths which I believe is Buddhist in nature.
Then I would do a technique called grounding and centering. Which there are legion of. I would simply visualize a sphere of energy going from me into the earth. Then I would visualize my self above my body in void.
From this trance state I would practice more visualization usually in nature landscapes until I found a tunnel which I would go through to a chosen or unchosen destination.
By this point the visualization take on a mind of their own.
It's only been until a few months ago that I seriously started scrying and I have had more than satisfactory results max

A sort of CGI skyline/cityscape, built from fairly basic geometric forms, rendered in reddish dusk colors.
