Guys, what should i do to achieve lucid Dream today? I practised it some time ago.

Lie in bed, concentrate on the fact you are doing to fall asleep, plan to do something on your phone as soon as you wake up.
Now, the next thing you are going to do is check your phone, when you are dreaming you will question yourself if you checked or not your phone, you will see it and everything will be normal, now the trick is to check it again, the hour won't be the same, now you know it's a dream.
This may not work today, but if you make checking the time on your phone twice a routine it'll become natural.

mine was inside a prison enviroment, I saw stone cold get unlocked, wierd right? mixed races and genders in the common areas pretty sure it was gen pop., noone spoke to me i couldnt hear anything this was thursday night.
