The fist appears to be a dog's fist luck charm from Brazil. Not sure about the rest, will look it up.

In Brazil the fig is a gesture called figa. It is good luck.

Cornicello and Horn of Plenty are pretty much the same thing.
Either way, this is obviously a luck charm.
