your meditation shoul teach you to clear the mind ant quiet the soul. just eat healthy. lots of fruit lots of veggies lots of water. limit your salt intake and eat lots of bananas and or potato, get that potassium you also want to find veggies with lots of magnesium (this helps with hydration) and make sure you get enough calcium so your bones don't become weak.also one should eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, and dinner like a peasant. That is to say have your largest meal for breaky and your smallest for dinner. One more thing don't use dietary supplements, just eat a balanced diet so you can gain all your vitamins and minerals naturally through your food, it really does make a difference although doctors will tell you otherwise because the minerals still make it to your blood stream regardless of if they are artificially or naturally sourced. I was told once by an old fella that you gain the most neutriants from food if its consumed within 24 hours of harvesting or killing it.
