Their web page says the flight will be above 62 miles (the 100km Karman line delineating space boundary), but its unclear how much higher they will reach.

The ISS orbits at roughly 249 miles high, and it is said you cannot clearly see the curvature from that height with normal vision (the live cam feed uses wide angle lenses to get much more of the scenery in the pic.)

So I doubt you would be able to see any curvature from the height they intend to reach.
