From what I saw of the videos, the videos are meant to condition kids to thinking that acts of torture, being kidnapped, being sedated (explains all of the needle injections), enjoying scat, and even acts of pedophilia are just aspects of play. These videos I think are meant for the human traffickers who know how to decode the ciphers, and it tells them what specific triggers to use for the kids who have been conditioned. I think the videos also tell the traffickers which groups are involved and which ones the kids are supposed to be delivered to. You see flashes of random buildings for about 1 frame or 2 in the videos, which I think is telling the traffickers where to travel and distribute the kids potentially. These videos probably serve a dual purpose too, of being used for kids who are already well into their conditioning and are most likely in the trafficking networks already.

Who ever is behind this is probably a social engineering group working with traffickers and other messed up people. I remember past posts about AI's being used to spam the videos and bump up the number of views they have, so might be a clue to which group is doing it. We need to consider how weird this all is. There are a few possible theories, which could be compelling but none of which seem right due to certain important reasons. Moreover, you can't just say it's a bit of this and a bit of that, as the theories are mutually exclusive.

One is that they're adult fetish videos. Indeed, some of the videos are pretty hot and feature cute girls/young adults doing cute things, such as in here >>19243888 . The reason this isn't entirely plausible is that it doesn't explain why the obsession with the same themes and why created by so many apparently different groups of people in different places --- that is, why created with Spiderman and Elsa and the Joker and Venom reappearing constantly; these characters don't seem that intrinsically sexy. Moreover, it doesn't explain the very non-sexual although still weird videos, such as the animated ones (literal cartoon characters aren't that hot), and ones that don't have that much sexual content. Moreover, someone creating such content would likely want to say that their own videos are for those 18 and older to avoid controversy; creating videos that look like they're for kids with kid's characters and kid's themes for kids to click on seems like either total recklessness or total malice.

Second theory is that they're just being made for money. This is contradicted by the fact that it's much easier to make money in a way which isn't so seemingly purposefully malicious against children and won't lead to controversy and hatred of whatever company/group is responsible for making it. Again, putting such sexual and violent content into videos that ostensibly seem to be for children evinces a high degree of malice and stupidity beyond just making mere money.

Moreover, YouTube is now refusing to monetize them. People smart and dedicated enough to make so much content consistently should also be rational enough to know that YouTube doesn't wanna get in trouble and was bound to stop monetizing them.
