My neighbour is a fucking weirdo. I'm not sure whether he's completely batshit or just an old man. Here's some examples

Tldr: This guy is a fucking weirdo and just appears out of thin air when I least expect to see him. Never even seen him walk into any house. And is always wearing the same thing . thoughts??
