I have noticed two other changes in human anatomy. Both are related to the nose.
Humans now have this line on the underside of their nose, pic related. It didn't exist in the old universe, but now everyone has it. Check it in the mirror!
And remember when you could breathe without a stuffed-up nostril? Both nostrils used to be free when we were not sick. Now at least one side of our nose is always stuffed even when we are not sick.
