What are the various uses and powers of runes/sigils in magic

Sigils are psychological and can only do what you can do, so there's that. Haven't worked with runes but I do sigil work.

It's as limitless as your imagination, but they're not going to be capable of doing everything. Even magic can't make the impossible happen without extreme amounts of right circumstances, energy and amount of preparation.

Also, look up chaos magic and any suggested books in regards of it. Peter Carroll with Phil Hine could be a good start.

Runes can be used to lighten your carrying weight and help crops grow. The usual. I'm not sure HOW you use them though, it's supposedly quite difficult and we don't have all the information.
