Man, I get that feeling of dread is disturbing, but seriously, pull it together. Go over there and the second you start feeling scared again stop yourself and get mad instead. Get furious in fact, letting some incorporeal little fucker scare you of your own house. Let it know, this is your home and it's not welcome, and you'd suggest that it leaves the easy way before you get nasty. Even if you don't know how to get rid of it the hard way, it doesn't know that. As long as you say it with enough conviction it'll probably work. If not, report back.
But trust me, scaring you was the goal, you getting mad isn't nearly as fun. Worst case scenario it spooks you some more, that's about the worst it can do.

I have three methods that may help you

Number one, and maybe hardest: get a priest to do an exorcism.

Number two, which may be harder depending on your location: get a cleansing. You know flapping weeds and that shit.

Third one is easier actually: At any time, go werever you think the haunting is centered. Open pornin your computer, set the speakers loud enough to be easily heard (but not enough your neighbours would hear) and start jerking off.

Do it for as long as you can. And as many sessions you think are enough.

Just dropping off this tidbit: I used to live in the apartment there a gang murder happened of a retarded girl. Actual furniture moved one night, a small footstool that was there when we moved, from the bedroom to the kitchen. There was a door to the attic that the landlord made us keep locked that an unbroken cookie slid out from under one morning. Overwhelming senses of being watched constantly and audible footsteps at night. Yeah, rent was cheap. I got over it by telling myself no one ever died from a ghost and what a great story actually seeing over would be. And honestly, not my first ghost experience.
OK, here's what you do.. stand in the middle of the room in your apartment, the *spoopiest* room. Stand there and say something like, "I'm sure you were a wonderful person in life, but every end means something new to look forward to. Take care. Goodbye." I know this to work because the day after I said this the day I left the apartment, her killers who sat in jail for two years all on the same day decided to tell the "full story" of her death. Ghosties just need love, bruh!
