I'll bite for you, I also use sigils to great effect. I write mine down and then draw my blood and stain it. That seems to have the most effect for me, but please, don't cut yourself or anything if that's not your thing. I'm also not asking you to cut yourself, I just charge mine with my own blood because I have a hard time visualizing and that's a direct energy transfer to me.

I use an altered method if the normal way to do it, I write a sentence then remove vowels, this part is usually standard but everyone has their own way, then I remove all repeating letters, most people remove all the extras but keep the original, after that I draw them together and simplify as many times as a feel is necessary until I like how the sigil looks. There's the usual detail but in short what I do is take clay from a pit not far from my house. Make clay disks and carve the sigil, then wear it for a period of time that is appropriate. Depending on its purpose sometimes I destroy the disk after it's period of use. I get good results this way.
