Another thing, a bit related, that also happens to is to look at the time and see repeating number. i.e. 11:11, 3:33, 10:00, etc... But about the clock, that's called synchronicity, also read about Carl Jung. But yeah, about waking up at a certain time, that's your internal clock. Try going to sleep at a different time, wear different clothes or do something different and see what happens.
