whats the best way to have a out of body experience , i just want to watch my self sleep
i've been trying for a few days but i cant do it , the supposed vibration you should have never starts so i either fall asleep or stay there with my eyes closed like a dumbass
is the vibration supposed to feel like that sudden body jump you sometimes have when falling asleep?
>have a lucid dream based on real areas
>hey it must be true
by that argument 90% of my dreams are true because I mostly dream of myself doing daily things

do you also dream of seeing yourself in your bed?

The vibration feels like you're literally a phone vobrating, last time i got it i felt like my neck was about to break, even if it was just the sensation and pain, it was pretty real.
This happened after drinking too much coffee so you could try that. I know the vibrations trigger when you're thinking about anything random and you keep jumping from thought to though without realizing you're going deeper and deeper, at least that's what i've observed.

>been trying a few days
Keep at it. It'll take a lot of practice.
If you want to feel the vibrations try in the middle of the day when you are most awake. Focus on relaxing your mind and body
Practice lucid dreaming techniques and focus on dream memory if you want to astral project. Lucid dreaming and astral projection are different but they function under similar rules
