They definitely act weird every now and then. Mostly staring off into empty rooms but I'm not convinced it's because of ghosts. If their is a ghost can a priest do anything to drive it out of my house?

catholics believe in demons and spirits and whatnot typically, that's why there's exorcisms and blessings done in houses

a priest in one of the schools i went to did a blessing on the amityville horror house (a lot of priests did apparently), it's pretty standard catholic shit

If you find a legit priest that speaks true Latin it will drive anything demons spirits ghosts poltergeist ect.. out of houses buildings where they haunt and cause terror.
